RESIDENCY APPLICATION
Six-Month Ministry Residency
Residency is an opportunity for practical vocational and ministry training. This experience is designed for those who aspire to grow through applying their leadership ability. Residents will be developed while serving alongside The Life Church staff and team. Selected participants will be placed in a part-time uncompensated Resident position on The Life Church staff with a specific job description. Limited Residency spots are available. The last day to apply for an upcoming Residency term is October 31 for a January start date, and March 31 for a June start date.

Currently tithing
Completed Leadership Foundations
Open to high school graduates and above
Must be available for at least eight hours Mon-Thu, 9a-5p plus weekends and events
Must have three letters of recommendation and a resume before beginning the application
Available Resident Ministries
AXIS: 6th-12th grade student ministry
CAMPUS SUPPORT: next steps, connections
CREATIVE: graphics, video, social media
MAINTENANCE: building management, maintenance engineering and systems
FINANCE: tracking and accounting
GENERAL CENTRAL ADMINISTRATION: systems and project coordination
